We called regularly and were always told it had not been receive yet and to wait another week. After several calls we were told to fax the info. After several followups on the faxes we sent, we were told they had no idea who had received the fax.
Many, many calls later, it is now January, 2004, and today was told we are no longer within the time frame to claim a refund and also that they don't accept fax rebates. Of course we are out of time....they stalled long enough! Didn't accept fax rebates???? We were told to send the FAX!
