Prime TV took $248.00 from my checking account and said they didn't. When I faxed them the information that gave proof that they did, they said it takes over 4 weeks to refund the money. I believe they are thieves and from other reports 4 weeks is their magic number they tell everyone it takes and never pay them back.

I have emailed my bank to see what further action can be taken. But I can tell you their treatment to me and their actions just verify just how bad their pratices are and that they knowingly and willing steal from people.
