Why is this company getting away with their unethical practices?? Why is nothing being done?? Their bill jump from $135.00 to $180.00 for no reason for just basic cable with no movie channels. We have had the same bad service for 2 years and in that time our bill has never been the same twice, though our service has never changed.
Our phone is off for days at a time, internet is down, and they are slow restoring any service. We were 3 days late paying our bill and they shut us off. We called in to make payment and had to pay a reconnect fee and were told it would be back on that night, this was on Friday the 20th, and as of today, it is still not on. When we called back in, we were told it could take up to 72 hours and then it would be back on. They said that it would be back on Wednesday night. I'm sorry.... Friday afternoon to Wednesday night is more than 72 hours.
We never received any compensation or credits for our phone being off for days at a time, because that's OK, but don't you dare try to fight back with them, they have the power and they know it. They are very unethical, and one person tells you one thing and then the next tells you something else. When you ask them why, they always blame the person before for not telling the truth!!!
Can't wait until Saturday, we are switching back to (((competitor's name redacted))), and will call Primecast to shut off all service and come get their crappy equipment the h*ll out of our house NOW!!!
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
