In December i received a letter from my cable company that they would no longer provide service in my complex.  There was a sign out there for Primecast and i gave them a call.  Iwas quoted a pric for 12 months of 140.00 a month and the first bill was fine because i knew that bill would be a little high.  The second and third bills were fine and low and behold the bill for April has jumped to 200.00.  When i contacted them they are saying it would be low for the just the three months and stated that would have a Supervisor call in 48 hours. 

Well it has been 1 week and no call back.  My next problem is that my service on my direct tv is not working like it should and it took them a week to get it straight only for the same issues to start again.  When in contacted them again now there is a tt open and it is 3 weeks out.  Do not go with this company because they are a totalled rip off and don't know what they are doing.  I am stuck for 2 years with them i may have to bite the bullet and get charged the etf.  Whatever you do do not go with this company.
