I have a bundled service with primecast (internet, phone and Direct TV). Since switching to them, I've had nothing but horrible service. Had to have 5 different techs come out to fix everything, call several times and now they double billed me and won't refund the money. My bank account is now negative with TONS of overdraft fees and I'm forced to get a payday loan in order to pay off my other bills. They billed me and deducted me TWO WEEKS before the bill was due. This is completely illegal and horrible.
I called about this, was on hold for 20 minutes before I got their customer rep who was completely incompatent. I ask to speak to a manager and got hung up on . So I called again and waited another 25 minutes, finally got to a manager and demanded they do a three way call with my bank to reverse the charge. Even the manager/supervisor couldn't help at primecast. They said they couldn't find the transaction number and to call back tomorrow. Well I called the next day, and the same d**n supervisor told me they couldn't do it. Now I have to work with my bank to get the overdraft fees reveresed, but that takes time. Meanwhile, I have no money and the crappiest service in the world. I am forced to take out a payday loan and have another bill in my life if I want to feed my family, thanks to the horrible company called Primecast.
Isn't there anything someone can do? This is unacceptable and yet Primecast won't do anything about it.
Speaking of my bill, when I first setup service I was told it would be no more than 120 a month. So why the h**l am I paying 180 every month? Liars, liars liars.
I'm done with primecast and am on a mission to make sure that everyone knows not to sign up with them.
Screw you Primecast, I'm cancelling with you. Thanks for nothing and for making me broke.
