Primecast Took $207.09 out of my Walmart Money Card without my permission & I am unable to contact them. Internet

I called my bank and told them that this money had been taken out fraudulently but they are not very helpful in getting my money back.
My TV has been shut off even though I have Direct TV whom I also cannot contact. Please help me sort this out before I pull my hair out and shoot myself in the head.
