primegra ripoff took my money after I cut it off, and cheated me for my refund, I'm still waiting for my refund of seven days ,two months ago. Nationwide

It started after the second order. I asked them to close my account on november of 2003, but they kept charging me and sending me shipments. That's after the first two shipments when I cancelled my account. I didn't want them to charge me anymore.

When I finally talked to someone, they told me I just had to wait and they would refund me the money.I told them I had two shipments. They said just send them back to and we will refund you the money.

But that didn't happen. I sent it, got refunded for one shipment they said they never got the other one, when I sent them together mind you. Now I'm waiting for the refund that I was charged that I never got, that they said they were working on and that it would be seven to ten days.

It has now been two months and they have not contacted me since and I have not recieved my refund yet. I think that it is partly Heather's fault. She thinks that she is the bomb. She won't e-mail me back because I was mad the last time when she lied about what I was going to get back and what I got. I told her I was going to do something about it. She hasn't e-mailed me yet not even for my refund that I've been waiting on since Feburary of 2004. This refund which they were working on was suposed to take seven days.

I still haven't got it yet and no word since then. It's now 05-12-04. I guess that means that I'm not getting any money back which is staying in their pockets as my second package that I sent them when they claim to only have gotten one. Go figure that's another $56.90 twice they took from me.
