Well I called my attorney and told them that I was getting some info about rebuilding my credit so I could later get a home, he got on to me and said I was not allowed to have any credit until the bankruptcy had cleared (dummy me. I told him I allowed them to take out my money the 19th he said to call them back I am not allowed to have anyone debiting my account other than the court without permission. I called them back and told them to cancel it the day before the 19th and they said they had already sent it in to be debited (which on my bank statement was the 21st)and that just to wait until I get the package send it back and request a refund.
Well that didn't get back to the company after receiving the package around the end of the month and sending back the same day 2day priority mail. I kept calling to see if they rec'd it and they kept telling me it went back to canada where the package is made or something then they send it back to the new york office. well every 1st of the week for the whole month of december 2003 I called finally on dec 31 2003 (my birthday) they rec'd the package back told me I had to wait 3 more months until all the creditors or people with offers in the package had contacted them back and notified them that I had not used any of their services. What!now I really got a headache.
so when March 31 2004 came I called back they said they were still waiting on one company didn't give me the name or nothing gave them 2 weeks said okay we will refund your money will send it to the finance dept and will credit my account back. 2weeks later called back said same thing got a lil upset sent them an email. april 2004 called said they don't know what has happened sent in info will do it again (spoke with man foreign accent. month of may called back sent up second time still doesn't know, month of june sent mad email no response from the emails by the way but my account showed I sent them, said it will be on there june 30.
no money on june 30 called back why are you all playing with my money what's going on? spoke with a young lady said they will try it again under my new account number. Nothing again called back spoke with the same young lady said she is going to a meeting with boss and has everything in order should have no problem look for it next week of aug 9th. because she will be out that week. Well now I'm calling and get a busy signal all day all night I guess their ass is gone and where is my $187 .
