Corporate Advocacy Program™
Primericas Prepaid Legal is a total ripoff. Basically you pay $300 per year for the privilege of talking to an attorney for around 10 minutes, who then refers you to a "local" attorney, who then deducts 25% off his hourly rate. I recently consulted them over a civil action I am considering taking, after about 10 minutes the "Attorney" (though it could have been a para-legal for the advice given was not particularly useful)referred me to a local attorney who said he would only charge me $225 per hour. I decided to call a couple of Attorneys in the Yellow pages, both said on the strength of my case they would take it on contingency, meaning free and they are paid on the judgement if we prevail. Now why am I paying $300 per year to Primerica when the yellow pages are free. Do yourselves a favor consumers don't get taken in by the slick Primerica marketing, this is a total con and as with most Primerica products check around as their rates are way above other companies.

I hope you get what it is that you are looking for and that you have learned from this and will use it to never be "TAKEN" again! I hope that everyone else will take this as a learning experience and do some personal homework before purchasing.
Remember that being an educated consumer is YOUR BEST DEFENSE.
YOU ALL REALIZE THAT YOU WILL ALMOST NEVER BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER(Auto Ins, Health Ins, Life Ins, Investments, Legal Svc or consumables) YOU WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BUY IT FROM A DISTRIBUTOR. GAS, FOOD, CIGARRETTES, ALCOHOL, BUILDING MATERIALS, CARS, CLOTHING ETC THEY ARE ALL SOLD THIRD PARTY.
Your Primerica policy may or may not have been the same as a Pre-Paid Legal Plan. Primerica may have a "special discount legal plan" that has no resemblance of the normal PPL Plans. Pre-Paid Law firms are obligated to offer service that they have been contracted to provide.
If the service sold to you did not come with any hard copy paperwork for you to keep, you should have thought twice about purchasing it. In this world today lying, cheating and stealing are all acceptable sales tactics.
Before you buy anything (especially long term products) get as much information from your sales rep and then go home and do some research on the item you are looking at. Go to Better Business Bureau and the local Chamber of Commerce for the Business you are interested in. Here they will offer you the information on complaint history and background that may help you avoid being here today.
I am a consumer just like the rest of you and hope that we have all learned from this to BE EDUCATED ABOUT WHAT WE ARE DOING!

"Let me show you the different websites for the two companies. www.prepaidlegal.com and www.primerica.com." "They also have two different CEO's. Harland Stonecipher is the founder, CEO, and chairman of the board for PPL." So what about Crimerica and Citigroup? Two different companies
(Crimerica's a sub of Citigroup) with different heads). Yet they are affiliated.
Even worse, on the form it says "Primerica Legal Protection Program" with a trademark. It doesn't say Primerica and Prepaid Legal nor anything to indicate two different entities and I wonder how a judge would view this if someone were to take Crimerica to court for misrepresentation?

"Primerica is just a company that wants to make a little money by being an independent associate of Pre-Paid Legal by marketing the memberships."
You're just too funny. You keep saying they have nothing to do with each other...then immediately prove your point by stating one sells the other.
You have to stop. I'm getting a stitch from laughing too hard.
Try and prove the two companies are NOT in cahoots with each other by showing how they have NOTHING to do with each other.
Oh wait...You can't do that.
I don't think I can make it anymore simple than that. Now go read about it before you make anymore uneducated comments. They also have two different CEO's. Harland Stonecipher is the founder, CEO, and chairman of the board for PPL. Now if you just do a little reading it will be come really clear for you. It seems that your another person that makes statements before your homework is done.

I think all of you are missing the point.
The author said That PPL did not cover his civil action for free. Of course not the coverage is criminal actions, legal letters, some advice and some other accumulative benefits. It covers Discounts on civil action. Like any insurance it is not for the insured to make a profit. If you got a free attorney and won the case you would profit from the insurance part as well as the law suite. All insurance is designed to make you financially whole again not to make you rich.
The author is made because he did not read or understand the contract.
If the author did some investigation on the Free lawyer he may not be so apt to take it do some math. Free = 33%+ costs the hrs the attorney put in (lets say 50 hrs 50 x $225 = $11,250) if he won $100,000 = ($100,000 - $33,333.33 11,250 = $55,416.67) yes these numbers are hypothetical but they are a realistic of a FREE attorney.
Be aware of fast talking attorneys.
Any thing I got for free cost me more than I bargained for. We live in the real world the free attorney is gambling on your case Ether way you go pay the attorneys up front or after you are gambling it's your choice.
As for them referring you to a local attorney that attorney was probable on retainer just like the big firm in your state just closer to where all the work will be done.
Do all your home work. Read the contract, do the math and make an Informed decision. I am a Primerica rep in Michigan where we do not sell PPL I have it and I read the Brochure before I bought it.

You abused your position for personal gain and did not follow company policy. I would have fired you too. It also proves your ignorance in the fact that you claim that Primerca and PPL are the same companies. They are totally different. Primerica sells a lot of different products and PPL just happens to be one of them. I am part of the corp marketing staff in Ada, OK. You really should not make comments on the part of PPL that you have no knowledge of.

Primerica and Prepaid legal services

First off I want to say that I am a college student and do have a prepaid legal membership and have used it many different times sometimes liking the outcome other times not so much. The one thing that I do love more than anything is the fact that i have access to an attorney 24 hours a day if the need arises. ie. pulled over by an officer and he is harrasing me for no reason which has not happened.
I do have very close ties with prepaid legal and have meet the ceo's for both compainies I know that they are in cahoots to quote Stuart. In fact from unconfirmed reports the ceo of primerica was the person that gave the ceo of prepaid legal the idea to become a mlm company which they were not at the begining.
Roy I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with the attorneys but that is why prepaid legal has such a great customer service department. I recomend to everyone to use them if you have a problem.
Finally guess what sometimes the law is not in your favor and if you are going to buy a product read the fine print and learn what the product provides. I personaly love my Pre-paid Legal membership and will never be with out it just as i will never be with out car insurance, Renters/house insurance, health insurance and life insurance

For those of you who needed help with Civil cases and such. Their little plan was designed specificially for traffic tickets and accidents. Most of these people selling this crap lead you to believe that "every legal matter is covered". Trust me, I used to be one of the people you members would call and yell at about it.
Its not something for handling real-estate (sorry Roy) atleast not under the benefits of the plan. I am guessing they still do not send anything to you in the mail explaining the plan, or even try to really help you understand what you paid for. Because ultimately no company wants to say "Yes, our associate lied to you Mr. So and So". Because then they could be held liable for refunding your money. Trust me on this, they used to tell us people on the phones in the office all the time to watch what we say, because it could "cost us millions". I once got my butt reemed so bad just for telling a member that she was wrong about a question on her billing of her plan on her bank account. And it wasn't the fact that she was wrong (because she was, Supervisors backed me up on that) but, the way that I told her she was wrong. Which finally after almost 7 minutes of explaining it to her, and her not understanding, I just said "NO! You are wrong!"
Anyways, thats the way it works. Basically if it is pre-existing (if its not on paper dont tell the attorneys it is) and if its anything other than traffic violations or an accident (has to be a 100% legal vehicle tags, inspection, insurance) and legal driver (you or another person on your plan). Anything else is at their regular book or hourly rate minus 25% discount. In other words, better of finding your own attorney by that time. As Roy mentioned, most attorneys will do things like in his case on a contingency basis. In other words, if you don't win, you don't pay anything at all. If you dont like your provider attorneys answer to your question, if it is a covered matter. Call another attorney, get a second opinion. Almost every attorney who can afford to be listed in the phone book gives a free consultation.
I was fired for selling the membership, literally. Some associate claimed I stole his member when the member called in to the customer care center, asking for ANY website to sign up for Pre-Paid Legal. I gave him mine and was fired. Apparently that associate did not have his own website and apparently no other means of signing this person up. I was FIRED. Then told I could still sell under my associates package. It sits in my storage unit, probably all ruined (which is fine) where it will stay because I will never lift a finger to sell anything for them again.
As the one person mentioned earlier, numbers are still on their side for now. Sooner or later the other 290 million will all be on here as well. Telling their stories about being "shafted". Consumers, be sure to understand what you are buying from the vulture associate.
Salveretardo, get a life. Primerica and Pre-Paid Legal are the same damn company. They may have different reps, but the same company. Call them sometime and ask before posting your moronic thoughts on here...okay?
P.S. - Roy sorry to hear that your attorney did that to you. Your associate who signed you up for the plan should have informed you of what is and whats not covered under plan benefit.

PPL is a great service!
AUTHOR: Cat - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 10, 2007
I'm sorry your one experience didn't live up to your expectations, but it's stated clearly in the contract that attorney fees are REDUCED. The 10-minute free calls to an attorney are worth 25 bucks a month to me! I used it numerous times. They've saved me so much money.
Oh, and as EVERYONE knows, Primerica doesn't own PPL. Primerica only owns a life insurance company (and won't for much longer, as they're selling it, or have already sold it). Every solution Primerica provides, whether PPL, long-term care ins., investments, mortgages, or what-have-you are ALL owned by other companies. Primerica acts as a go-between. Primerica offers PPL at a reduced rate because they have an agreement with PPL. Call PPL to see how much it would cost if you bought it as a consumer.
Again, it's too bad your expectations surpassed the contract you signed. But, I really do wish you the best finding good legal counsel for you situation.

PrePaid legal Standard Plan
AUTHOR: Rev Carole - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 10, 2007
In reading your letter Roy, and the responses,
I didn't see anyone address the membership plan.
There are 2 plans in which you could have been signed up for.
1. Standard Plan
2. Expanded Plan
I am going to assume since you stated that you paid $300.00 for the Legal plan, that you have the Expanded Plan.
Was this is a pre-exsisting situation? in other words did you have this situation prior to signing with PPL? If you did, the person signing you up, should have told you, you might have to pay a 25% fee to use the PPL attorney and that the PPL Attorney can recommend other Attorney's in your area at a 25% discount.
To quote from the "Pre-Paid Legal Fast Trac Sucess Training Manual"
Page 17
Additional information and exclusions:
1. If the lawsuit was filed because of something that occurred prior to enrollment or because of conditions that were reasonably anticipated or foreseeable prior to enrollment, then the lawsuit is excluded from the Trial Defense benefit. This exclusion applies even if the lawsuit is filed after the effective date of the membership. These lawsuits are covered under the preferred member discount.
2. When legal assistance required for a member's civil or job related criminal charges will exceed the hours avaiable in the plan contract, the member will be required to pay the provider firm a retainer fee prior to the provider firm rendering service. The member will receive a discount rate of 25% off the provider firm's standard hourly rate on the retainer fee. The firm will base the amount of the retainer on any excess hours required beyond those provided in the plan contract.
The Trial Defense benefit is part of the expanded plan, so is the Preferred member discount.
Now under The Preferred Member Discount
Page 19
Pre-Paid Legal Fast Trac Sucess Training Manual
WHAT THIS BENEFIT OFFERS:
2. However in the event members need more intensive legal representation and assistance, they will receive assistance at a preferred member rate of 25% off their provider law firm's standard hourly rate.
In that catagory under:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND EXCLUSIONS:
Page 19
1. lists issues which could be discounted (too many for me to list here)
#3 Rates may vary, depending on the type of assistance and area of law required.
When you signed up with PPL the person signing you up should have been trained as to what your options were.
If it was not a pre exsisting situation, then it falls under the preferred Membership #2 you may have needed more extensive legal services.
It may have been an excluded situation, if your situation would have been excluded, you could have called member services, they would have been able to tell you if it was or not. Even at that the PPL Attorney should have explained to you why he was referring you to another Attorney.
If you were unhappy with the service you received from the PPL Attorney, Prepaid legal wants to know, you can call customer service at PPL and complain to them, They can and often times will refer you to another PPL Attorney within the Legal plan.
Sometimes for convience to you the customer. The attorney will refer you to an attorney in your local area, in which it may be easier for you to get to.
I have the PPL plan myself, they did that for me, because I would have to drive quite aways to meet with the PPL Attorney's and still be paying the 25% discount rate, it was better for me to meet with an Attorney in my area at the 25% discount.
Pre-Paid Legal is a good company, It has a lot to it. I have been with this co for about 3 years, I am still learning about the plans etc. I hope this sheds some light on the subject,
I hope I didn't confuse further.
I do not know about the primerica, It sounds to me like they are selling PPL under their name Primerica, If they are selling PPL, I have given you what PPL policy's are in the area you were concerned about. I do not think Primerica is authorized to change any of the policy's of PPLS.

WHAT HE DIDNT SAY WAS THAT AFTER HE CALLED THE LAWYER AND HAD ONLY TEN MINUTES WORTH OF STUFF TO TALK ABOUT, HE WAS LED TO ANOTHER LAWYER BECAUSE WHAT HE NEEDED WAS NOT COVERED BY THE PLAN HE PAID FOR.
IF YOU GET A "TRIPLE A" ROAD SERVICE PLAN THEY WILL JUMP START YOUR CAR OR TOW YOU TO A SERVICE STATION. YOU PAY FOR THAT. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR ENGINE. YOU DONT PAY ENOUGH FOR THAT.
I LEFT PRIMERICA 4 YEARS AGO AND STILL THINK OF IT EVERY DAY. THEY TAUGHT ME HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, NOW I DO.
I REMEMBER MY FIRST PPL CUSTOMER. IT WAS ME! I BOUGHT THE PLAN AND SPOKE WITH AN ATTORNEY FOR 45 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME AND 25 MINUTES THE SECOND TIME ABOUT CHILD CUSTODY. THEN AGAIN ABOUT A BLATANTLY FALSE REPAIR ON MY CAR. I DIDNT GET A FREE CONSULTATION ABOUT MY CAR, PPL'S LAWYER WROTE A LETTER TO THE GARAGE WHO CUT ME A $581. CHECK IN 2 DAYS AFTER I TRIED TALKING TO THE GARAGE FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE CALLING PFS. THE WHOLE POINT OF PPL (WHICH IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY BUT FITS UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF A NEEDED PRODUCT FOR THE NON FINANCIALLY EDUCATED GENERAL PUBLIC SO THEREFORE PFS OFFERED THE PLAN), THE WHOLE POINT IS IF I DIDNT HAVE THE PPL CARD I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN A LAWYER. I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME OR MORE LIKELY CHALKED IT UP AS EXPERIENCE AND MOVED ON.
ALSO NOT MENTIONED IS AFTER ROY HAD TEN MINUTES WORTH OF QUESTIONS HE STILL HAD IN INFINITE NUMBER OF POSSIBLE MATTERS TO ASK ABOUT OVER THE REST OF THE YEAR. ALSO YOU DONT GET A 'WILL DOCUMENT' WHEN YOU CALL FOR A 'FREE CONSULTATION'. SO YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING FOR YOUR $300 ..ERR $240 THAT ROY SIMPLY HASNT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THE HOPES ARE THAT HE WILL NEVER NEED THE SERVICES JUST LIKE YOUR NO FAULT INSURANCE.
AGAIN ITS ALL PART OF A PACKAGE OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND PRODUCTS THAT HAVE SAVED SO MANY FAMILIES FROM FINANCIAL RUIN. LIKE MINE, AND A FEW FRIENDS, ANDS A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO BECAME FRIENDS. MY PICTURE IS ON THE WEBSITE BECAUSE I SAVED A DRY CLEANER ABOUT 200 BUCKS A MONTH ON HIS INSURANCE. HE HEARD ME TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE ABOUT PRIMERICA AND HE JUMPED IN TO SAY THE AGENT BEFORE ME SAVED HIM 1,100 A YEAR ON HIS BUSINESS CAR INSURANCE. ITS NOT THAT WE HAVE CHEAPER INSURANCE THAN THE OTHER COMPANY, THEY JUST SOLD HIM THE HIGH COMMISSION STUFF THAT HE DIDNT EVEN NEED. THE POLICY HE NEEDED WAS ABOUT 69 BUCKS A MONTH. I STILL REMEMBER IT 9 YEARS LATER AND HIS SON, NOW A MAN, SHAKES MY HAND EVERY TIME I WALK BY.
ALSO ROY, DID YOUR 'FEE UPON CONTINGENCY' LAWYER ACTUALLY TAKE YOUR CASE? WAS THERE ANYTHING LEFT OVER AFTER THE 'FEE' AND THE 'FEES' AND ALL THE 'FEES' WERE TAKEN TO OFFSET THE COST OF ALL THE 'FEES' LOST WHEN CASES ARENT WON?
STILL TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING????

REALLY NOW.

LOTS of attorneys will give you a free consultation on the first visit. Some don't, but a very large percentage do. Even if they end up not taking your case they will usually give you some direction or action to take. You don't need PrePaid Legal to access these attorneys. Just a phone book.

Analogies Correction!

A while back there was a lady who burned herself with the McDonald's coffee. Did she complain at McDonald's for making the coffe hotter than it should have been? Yes... but it didn't stop there, she also filed a law suit against the coffee cup and lid manufactures and a law suit against the car for having cup defective cup holders and as if that weren't enough she also filed a law suit against her mother in law for turning the street too fast!
Point is, she didn't file one law suit against the company who sold her the coffee, because she had 4 different cases...
but you didn't know that your home ensurance doesn't cover earthquakes unless your house catches fire... your car insurance covers you for the accident, not if you kill someone and the other person's family sues you! So are you going to stop paying for car and home insurance? No. Because it costs more to pay for the repair than it will to pay for the insurance monthly.
It costs more to get an attorney for any case than to pay for the PPLSI membership. As far as your Case... how do you know that your PPLSI attorney couldn't have got you contingency? you can't cause you never gave it a shot!
Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change.
Honestly, research third party! what is the american bar association saying about PPLSI? if they didn't like what we were doing they would have shut it down years ago. Forbes magazine, black enterprize, money, success from home. One of the fastes growing small business in the US!

People PPLSI Member's are not lied to... they are told each area of coverage from the begining... Documentation review, traffic violations, Phone consultations, Unlimited phone calls and letters, IRS Audit and Trial time for civil cases... all that stuff is at no extra charge to you. You are more likely to end up in court than you are in the hospital.
PPLSI offers those services... and does have independant associates such as myself offering the service on their behalf. Primerica is a different company Authorized to market PPLSI. They are Authorized to do it. The only reason why they use the PPLSI logo is for legal reasons.
If you were the founder of a huge company, and had another company who was willing to market your service or product, would you want them claiming to be your company? Wouldn't you want them to have their own company logo and have your logo seperately so that people don't think it's their service?

Now if Roy thought they were the same company, that makes complete sense, CitiGroup customers always assume the connection unless made aware otherwise.
I assume we all agree that Salvatore and anybody who agrees with him needs to start doing a little research before posting something on a topic like this to prevent themselves from looking uneducated. Another thing I noticed throughout this report is that most of the people on here weren't familiar with the company, one person said that Primerica markets Smith Barney, but they are not the same company (CitiGroup owns Primerica and Smith Barney along with quite a few other companies...let's do a little research people).
I hope that this helps clear up some confustion and I would hope that Roy has found a solution to his original problem.

Mike, I agree with you and Salvatore doesn't have a clue!
You have to be very careful with these fast talking sales people because they seem to always "FORGET" to explain the "FULL" details-just the ones to get your signature and they get a "PAYCHECK" for your ignorance!
I never deal with fast talking sales people! You can be guaranteed they are going to RIP YOU OFF!!
Hang up, walk away, what ever it takes, but don't sign anything or purchase anything from these fast talking sales people! They get paid by their accomplishments and could care less ripping you off! Typical geedy people with no moral ethics!!!

AUTHOR: Harry - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 10, 2007
Point is there are hundreds of companies out there that offer other products or services but doesn't necessarily mean they are the same company.
I'm an Independant Associate for PPLSI. That letter above proves nothing. It only explains payment options.
I was mislead by Primerica a few years ago when I responded to a "Job Ad" online, the agent I spoke with stated that there were 10 new locations opening in my area and they were looking for Managers. They asked me to come to the Interview and Bring my check book. Well I was Un-employed and looking to get paid not pay them!
Primerica offers a variety of products PPL being one of them. They are two different companies you can't come to me for Life Insurance. Truth is they lose a lot of Customers because they have competitors. Many Auto Insurance Companies offer Life Insurances, Retirement Plans, Loans... etc. they can easily cancel Primerica for a better offer. But PPL is Unique... there is no service out there in all the US that Competes with PPL.
One Primerica agent told me "I know people can get life insurance somewhere else... but PPL is only one product, we offer that and more..." he said "if there is a store that sells milk and next to it there's another that sells milk, bread, and cereal who would make more?" That is the silliest question I have ever heard... I can get 10 different life insurance quotes in a 5 mile radius.
Imagine having the only store in the city that sells milk.. Imagine the only store in the county that sells milk... PPLSI is the only company that offers Pre---- Paid---- Legal services. In the US! How well are they going to do in 10 years? 20?

Again- All I am saying is that they are two different companies. Can we end all the other nonsense already?! I wasn't defending either company, I wasn't trying to get any one "off the hook"- I was simply stating that they are NOT the same company, PERIOD! I spoke to a PFS rep two days ago; I asked him what the deal was with PFS and PPL, and told him about this thread. He stated that as a PFS rep you could offer PPL's legal service, just like any real estate and insurance agent could do. And again- two different companies.
And when I wrote that "PPL and PFS might of been in cahoots years ago", was before I saw the letter posted above. Now I know that they were never in cahoots. A business called "Primerica Legal Services" is owned by someone who is a rep for PFS as well as an associate for PPL. I could be a rep for 100 different direct-sales/NWM companies and offer their products/services under one business name if I want to, but they are all still 100 different companies.
"CRIMERICA" ha ha ha... LMFAO!... ha ha ha

A proven relationship exists with PPL, that this the point
AUTHOR: Anthony - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 10, 2007
You're missing the point. You think because PPL and PFS are two different companies this absolves PFS of any responsibility? To the contrary, for example, I recently had a home built. The builder had a separate heating and air conditioning company take care of that aspect of the house. If something goes wrong I can contact the HAC company directly but if I don't get satisfaction you better believe the builder who chose the company will hear from me, and has an obligation to make it right. The same applies to PFS.
Another example, PFS markets Smith Barney Mutual Funds. They are two separate companies, but if a client has a problem and it does not get resolved by SB, the client should be able to go to PFS and get it fixed. Not, a "gee that's not us" response. This is because a PFS agent sold the product to the client. There was or is an obvious relationship between PFS and PPL as proven by the document supplied by Roy. This proves that a PFS agent sold the product to Roy. Why do you bother to debate this? Shouldn't you be as a PFS apologist trying to help make it right so as to prove to the readers on this site that PFS agents do more than laugh out loud. Your reaction is so typical of PFS agent's self absorption.

I can also see that my last post was never even posted- how convenient for certain people, hmmm?
Anyway, what I stated in my last (that was left out) was that anyone can broker services from both companies, Primerica and Pre-Paid Legal, just like you could with any NWM company's service or product. So, this guy that Roy is talking about who had both company's name on a letter must be an associate and broker the services of both companies under his own company's name, which makes it look like it is all one company.
You also contradicted yourself Mike. First you said that Roy was correct, Primerica and Pre-Paid Legal are the same company- Then you said that Primerica reps can market Pre-Paid Legal services.
Well, which one is it Mike? Not that I really care. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt Mike- Perhaps years ago Primerica and PPL were in cahoots, but #1 they are definitely not the same company and #2 they are definitely not in cahoots today.
So relax Mike- If you really can't handle a little rudeness and sarcasm then stay off these forums, because there is a lot of it here.

BUT, pre-paid legal is offered by Primerica reps. As a PRIMERICA rep, you actually earn a commission when you sign a person up for Pre-paid legal. As far as I know, this is the case for all PFS offices. Roy didn't state that the name of the company was Primerica Prepaid Legal either. You just saw the words next to each other and assumed that you knew what he was talking about.
As a former Primerica rep, I can assure you that you are mistaken with regard to Roy's comments. While it is true that there is no company named Primerica Prepaid Legal, Roy is not confused with regard to the connection between the two entities. When I was a Primerica rep, my RVP specifically told me and the others at every business meeting to be sure to get people signed up with prepaid legal as part of the package. I still have training materials and personal notes which outline how you are to present prepaid legal.
So, in a nutshell, YOU actually don't know as much about this topic as you think, so please do the rest of us a favor and do your homework before rudely criticizing someone else's comments. In my case, I can be rude TO YOU, since it is only fitting. Plus, I actually know what the hell I'm talking about.
