I have been a customer of this company now for over 1 year, and was very happy with the service level that I was getting...until today..
I logon to check my credit report because I am a victim of fraud and a scam, which require me to keep tabs on the credit report 2-3 times per week to make sure that my credit is safe.
So I email them this:
I am a paying member. In fact just renewed for $129.00 recently, and my option to pull a new report is missing. What's up with that? Please fix ASAP.

So I email them back this:
Then I will be cancelling my subscription, you are of no longer any use to me. Please refund my $129.99, to my credit card that was charged on 4/13/05.
There is nothing that now separates you from the other companies out their providing the similar services.
Thanks for nothing.
I will expect this to be returned to my account in 48 hours or less.
I also called and spoke with 2 different reps, the first was rude his name was CHRIS I was unable to get his employee ID, and basically told me "he did not believe that my report was getting updated more than 1 time per month and that my renewal should have been earlier."
He then tried to "sell" me on the other "great" services they offer to to and steer me away from cancelling.
Said that I would get my refund in 10-15 days.
Said that 10-15 was no good, I asked to be transferred to his boss. He reluctantly did.

I told him the same situation, he said that he would cancel my membership refund to come in 10-15 days. This guy was also somewhat rude. Asked him the address of the company. Would not give me the street address only PO Box and a fax number. But I got that info off of the corporates website.

This company feels that they can change my membership agreement mid-stream of my contract with them, without notice. Then holds my refund for 10-15, and tries to sell me "other services" to keep me as a member.
I hope that other customers feel the same way that I do.
