I googled IK9* and it brought me to this ripoff report. I called Privacy matters (at 1-877-993-6264) and asked how they got access to my debit card, how much they pulled out so far, and lastly how they get away with such fraud. The first rep forwarded me to Rachael #154092 who said they would refund me with 3 to 5 days. I'm in the waiting time frame right now. But I strongly suggest if you see a privacy matters, IK9*, or AP9 savings club withdrawl, you get it sorted out. I don't understand how after 300+ reports against this company that they are still in business.
