Privacy Matters 1-2-3 / P M I Identity Co. I had for the last two months been trying to contact these people because I never approved them removing money from my Child Support Card. I remember them being on my email and I just opened it to find out about them but I never opened an acct. I have no idea who to talk to. There are two of the same kind of companies doing this to me. They took 29.95 for each. Des Plaines Illinois

I got my account transaction from EPPI Child support report online. I found out I was being charged by two companies of the same thing for 29.95 a month. I really didn't notice this before but now I did. I tried to call and talk to a representative but all I is the computer and I cancelled both of them on the phone which I thought was strange. I will be reporting this transaction to child support services also here in Virginia. I want them to pay for this as I haven't alot of money for this. Also this is a part of my budget. Almost 61.00 dollars was taken and I am afraid this will happen again. Please help me.

And when you complain, demand an investigation because you don't know who these people are or how they got your financial information and tell them if they don't stop these people taking your money you will take your business elsewhere and do so if they don't stop it.

You need to report this to your state attorney general and the FBI because this apparently happened on a website or something...

I had the same problem with this company. I recently filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got a full refund and cancellation of membership. You need to file the complaint with the BBB of Nebraska. Here is the company's true name and addresss:
