Prize Entrant Notification Bureau P.E.N.B., Authorized Individual Receiver Notifications Division, P.N.B., Processing Notification Bur Guaranteed Payment To Selected Winner Rockville Centre New York

I was mailed a First-class letter from "Processing Notification Bureau" with a return address of 265 Sunrise HWY #1-314 Rockville Centre, NY 11570-4912. It also stated that it was "Important Mail and Prize Document" and what really got me was that it actually was first class mail however stated the mailing zip code is 11563 from the post mark. The letter states there is a payout pending with my name and full address all over it. the prize was 1,800,000.00. Marked in all capitalized letters on the first page it stated the record number then said it was the Authorized Individual Receiver Notifications Division addressed PO Box 7025 Lynbrook, NY 11563-7025. At the top left, there was a box that said Immediate reply requested from individual named herein! and that the money was scheduled for payment if replied by 14 days of this letter. It stated that it was in reference of Guaranteed Payment to Selected Individual.  The next page states the record number again, has the same picture for the authorized individual receiver notifications division, HOWEVER, now under the picture, it has Prize Entrant notification Bureau. It has U.S. Prize Report Agency, Actual Document Of Record. It says that this formal document as prepared by the offices of the PENB confirms that Full Access to the available sweepstakes Monies and Prizes to be paid by the individual sponsors as reported will be made to the "RECEIVER IDENTIFIED" herein- "my name" and city of residence, and the total $Amount stated. 

It requires me or the person that receives this, to send the certificate of completion with a signature AND either a certified check, money order or cash of $20. NOTE: the back of the first page clearly states that this company is not affiliated with any lotteries. It states that they are a research and reporting service and specialize in researching sweepstakes sponsored and conducted by corporate organization with which the PENB is completely unaffiliated. "These sweepstakes sponsors provide all entry requirements based on existing federal, state, and local regulations. You have not won any money or prize. The PENB is not liable for any entries made or attempted by readers of its reports. All sweepstakes researched and reported are free to enter, as based on the information supplied by the sponsors. The PENB uses all due diligence to accurately report the entry details of each sweepstakes. etc...."

I strongly advise anyone that receives anything like this or similar to rip it up and throw it away. Report it to the police if possible so the person that sent it to you can get caught with your name and address.
