Some very dishonest people, Ron & Jennifer Zemp had to refund money ($6,000) to me that I paid for services they sold me. They even paid me 3X the amount I spent just so I would not expose them to the media. I had to sign a "Mutual Release of all Claims" when they refunded my money. I am not here to tarnish their reputation, only to save mine.
In retaliation, they have attacked my name, Deb Byes, the reputation of my company, Pro Books & Consulting and even attacked my daughter, Rose Ancharski on every complaint site imaginable. They are using these sites maliciously and in retaliation.
It's funny that all of these complaints that are being posted started right after I received my money from Forever Young Oregon, Jennifer & Ron Zemp ....what a coincident! They continue to post about me and my company on a weekly basis. It's funny how all of a sudden PAST AND PRESENT clients who I have never heard of, just happen to all come forward at
once with their postings?
The people making these accusations are all one in the same and have never used my services and know nothing about my work. I have an outstanding reputation in Portland and work with many many CPA's in the area. I highly doubt they would be referring their clients to me if the things written about me were true statements.
They also wrote a similar complaint about a friend of mine who experienced the same thing with this company as I did and this company is trying to use this site and others to ruin her reputation! They even went as far as trying
to tarnish her company but guess what, she doesn't even have a company.......google Bonnie Santiago and see what you get......the same kind of slander that they are writing about me. Can anyone connect the dots?????

This is what they wrote about my daughter: DEB BYES AND HER DAUGHTER ROSE ARE THE BIGGEST RIP OFF. Her daughter owned a Tan Rio and failed misserably. Her mom Deb tried to sue a ton of companies for no reason and throw her loud voice arround. Needless to say the business failed. What a joke these two woman have no integrity. Do not trust them they think if they get loud enough people will crumble.
I consider this slander!
The owner and his wife should be ashamed of themselves. Just because they have over 30 complaints with the BBB and are being investigated by OHLA for other complaints and violations they are trying to re-coup their reputation by ruining others. Shame on them!!!!!

I believe this report was filed by a company in Beaverton (Scholls Ferry Rd) that not only had to refund money that I paid for laser services ($6000) that were not delivered, but paid me 3 times the amount I spent just so I would not go to the media. I am happy to show anyone the emails and legal documents as well as a copy of the check I received from this company, upon request. These people have never used my services and know nothing about my work. I have an outstanding reputation in Portland and work with many many CPA's in the area. If you are checking out Pro Books, you will notice that the address used in this last slanderous post is not mine. It actually belongs to the exact Beaverton company that is retaliating against me, using bogus names and email addresses, because they had to refund a lot of money to me. Now isn't that something that they are pretending to be an unsatisfied customer when in fact I was the unsatisfied customer that got a $6k refund! HA!

Wow, this Beaverton company that insists on slandering my name because of a refund they had to give me for lack of services have now found a way to post ripoff reports that look like they came from me! Gosh no wonder people are constantly asking for refunds. It seems like all they have time for is trying to get even with unhappy customers. What's really funny is that they mention their own names in their fraudulent post from me.....and don't forget to go to the bottom and read the paragraph about my daughter........seriously, that doesn't even make sense Beaverton company.....why in the world would I write something bad about myself and my own daughter. Not very bright those two! Also, haven't they ever heard of I.P. addresses? Anyone know of a good I.T. guy? I am going to have someone pick each and every one of these posts apart and find the owner of all of the I.P. addresses that have been used.
