I ordered flowers from PRO FLOWERS and than had charges of 20.00, 14.00, and 2.00 taken out of my account by Pro Saver, AP9, and EMI Encore.
I called to complain and ask what to do, how to cancel this? No one knew, as they were too busy on Tier 2 or whatever as it was close to Valentines Day.
A supervisor said she would comp my flowers on Saturday February 9, 2008. I called again on Monday February 11, 2008 and the charges were still pending. I called again and spoke with someone else who assured me the flowers would be comped. Today I wake up to see the charges were not comped they were taken out of my account. I call again and speak with GAD who knows if this is his real nameanyway, he tells me why yes you were charged because the flowers shipped. Rightthe flowers were supposed to ship, they were comped by the company as a good faith effort due to the time and effort I was having to go through to cancel Easy saver, EMI Encore, and AP * 24.
So, GAD assured me today I would get a refund. I will hold my breath.
I will be disputing these charges, what else can I do? I just wanted to let others know one of their supervisors even read to me out all of the book the response she was supposed to give about this complaint regarding Pro saver, etc..
The internet is a powerful place and I found a wealth of nasty information about these companies and how they have collaborated with Pro Flowers. I am not a genius but I think this may be a bad idea for them.
All of the people at Pro Flowers I spoke with said they had nothing to do with these companies but yet I got an email from Easy Saver saying the offer was only good with Pro Flowers! Funny, they think they are affiliated with Pro Flowers!!!!
