I posted this on their Facebook Page.
I called Back and talked to Skip. He claimed to be Melisa's supervisor. He stated they where having issues with the webpage and I could place my order now. The order today shows 10.00 shipping. on top of the 4.25 handling charge.
This is over a $6.50 pair of safety glasses and Getting charged a $4.25 handling fee, which on paypal invoice shows as Shipping and handling.
I entered an online request and did not receive a call.
My recommendation. Stay Away from these People.

Customer wanted something for nothing.

Customer called us today to find out why we had cancelled order and became so irate and cussed and cussed and cussed at our customer service people. When he was asked to stop, he refused. We explained we did not even have his money any longer, he still wanted us to ship him his order without paying. He called back multiple times and treated several employees horribly. Just to get a pair of safety glasses for free.
We do not do business ever with anyone that speaks to employees here like that. So if you are the type to try and bully us into something for nothing, please shop elsewhere. You are not allowed to abuse us like that and any customer that swears and name calls to our employees have their orders cancelled immediately as we will not profit off of that sort of treatment.
Again, this customer's money was 100% refunded prior to this incident. He had no reason to call and treat anyone here as he did. And now he's stalking us across the Internet to try and hurt our reputation. My advice, stay away from this customer.
