Hency, if you and your company is as good as you say and you get a company like ours that paid you $6000.00 for leads from your reps that gave us company leads that have nothing to do with our business and you feel just because you gave us a company name, you have done your job? When we called the leads that were giving to us, the people we were calling were asking why we were calling them and who gave their name to us. When we gave them your company name that you tell us to give them, because you have two different names and not sure why? Maybe hiding something?? They say, who?? Or they say, we told them we were not interested in what they were offering. Remember, you are also suppose to get a 1% commission from sales of landed customer we get from your leads, but 1% of nothing is nothing. If you are so just and righteous, why not offer a refund of our money or even a good will jester of half our money back? Funny how you never talk about monies paid or refunding an unsatisfied customer. If you give us back $3000.00 and the other company $3000.00 you still have $6000.00 of ours for nothing, not $12,000 that you are sitting on and eating well on I'm sure and we would be happy to call this a day and cut our losses. You have still lose nothing but gain $6000 instead of $12,000 because as you say. The reps are commission based and I am sure you will not pay them for doing nothing as we have paid you. You can talk in circles all day Hency, but you are a crook a scammer and a thief. How do you sleep at night? Your job is to be a profession rip off artist and you are very good at it. One day someone will sue you and you will get the justice you derserve.

Sales Unlimited LLC has thousands of satisfied clients over the last 10 years and will continue to help companies expand their sales through commission only sales reps.  We select from our database of over 125,000 reps those reps who sell complementary products to our clients.  We call every potential sales rep on the phone.  We only send our clients those reps that have a strong interested in working with our clients.  After that it's up to our client to sign them up. 

We have no idea what this complaint is about nor do we wish to speculate on the problem.  What we will do is retain our high level of professionalism and serve our clients with the great service.

 With regards to Hency,s reply below. We asked you for referrences and when they called they were very withdrawn. We signed the agreement sent it back to you and we were still not sure if it would work so we waited a month and you came back to us and said, you signed the agreement it is legal now and threatened to sue before we even began with you. You pushed us into this and $6000 dollars later we got zero results. You lie, cheat and steal from successful companies looking to be more successful. Not like your company and it is just not one or two that complain it is just one or two who took the time to expose you.

Yeah, any companies foolish enough to take the risk go right on ahead, and when you see the same results that I and the original poster got, you can always add to this thread.

I'm afraid I wont be able to offer any more rebuttals because I actually do <U>real</U> work for a living.

Let's get real.

Out of the hundreds of companies we have helped over the last 10 years only 2 companies seem to have an issue.  We are always willing to work with companies that have a high level of professionalism.  Calling our firm names is not one of them.

PS: I really appreciate this service which allows us to give our side of the story.

Hency did not find 15 sales cos interested in reping our products - they were random people most likely from a generic list who, when contacted, had little to no understanding of the product line, did NOT match the criteria we specified NUMEROUS times, and many even said they were not a match for our needs and had no idea why Sales Unlimited/Proact/Whatever would have recommended them. If our criteria was too limited - then Hency could have been an honorable person and said he couldnt help instead of taking the money and producing nothing. This is obviously a scam and I'm sure more dissatisfied companies/individuals will be contributing to this thread or post their own.

    

We check our records and we did supply this client with 15 sales representatives interested in selling for them.  We have on record the reps responses and interest.  Out of the hundreds of clients we have helped there are a few in which for one reason or another cannot get orders for their representatives. After 10 years of helping clients build reps networks, the reasons they are successful is because they have taken the time to train and manage their reps.

Is this an excuse to steal money from companies that trusted in you. In other words, you steal our money, give crap sales people a comission job that gets us no results, keep our money with zero results in 6 months and $6000.00 later, then not pay your sales people because you are a scramer? We can understand why Almetek filed a complaint.  They sell safety signs.  They limited our search to only four states and Canada. Most signs are sold through distribution.  Even with these obstacles, we were able to find 15 sales representatives interest in selling their products which we have documented and on file.  The only complaint we received was that we need to stay in the states on their questionnaire which we did.  This was a very difficult product to sell because of the number of suppliers in the industry.  We feel we did an outstanding job of finding the reps considering what we had to work with.

Our company has been in business for over 10 years and has helped hundreds of companies stay in business by using our independent commission only sales representatives. 

Granted, some industries are more difficult than others and require more effort.  But what the complaint did not say.  We give each client a questionnare.  We then do a seach of reps in the industries our client are seeking.  We personally contact and interview every rep.  We then send the interested reps onto clients.  At that time, the client must sell the rep on their products, not us.

The rep's biggest complaint is the our clients do not return their phone calls. 

We are more than happy to work with any client who is not satisified with our service.  After 10 years and hundreds of clients, we have had very few complaints

Just wanted to say that we had the same experience with Proact LLC/Sales Unlimited/Hency Bunner. He sent us leads that had nothing to do with what we asked for, despite multiple emails/phone conversations with him where we explicitly spelled out what we were looking for. We fired him quickly but still are out $3,000 which he did absolutely NOTHING for. I sincerely hope legal intervention takes place soon, as his entire set up is obviously a scam.
