We too have been ripped off by Nick Villar, Amanda and Roland! We bought two cameras. Received cameras. Camera equipment could not be used for sewer inspections. It had exposed wires, a 10" laptop screen. We contacted Roland and told them these would not work but we would pay extra to have what we wanted made. We waited and waited for Roland to send us specs so this time we got what we paid for. Never could get a call or email back after that. We tried to file a claim with our credit card company, they said we had to send back the equipment before they would do anything. We sent equipment back and it was not accepted and it was sent back by probuilt so we continued to call and email probuilt. Finally, spoke to owner, Nick Villar, he said he would return cameras with a 25% restocking fee. They said they would send us a letter we needed to sign which laid out the return with the restocking fee. After a month or so of telling us they sent the letter we finally received it. We signed it, sent a certified copy and then sent the cameras back with the information we were required to have on the package. We also sent an original signed copy of the letter with each camera. We had to paid postage too. I did at one point talk to the warranty department and they did tell me that they had received equipment inspected it and now the other side of the business would refund the money. We have never received money and We have never been able to get a hold of anyone since then. No phone calls, emails nothing. We are out $5500 plus the $600 it cost us in shipping and shipping insurance. Now, we do not have cameras or money. Nick Villar is a lying cheat. His business is a fraud, he has no integrity and I would never do business with this company. We are looking to sue and if anyone would like to join us, please contact us at (((REDACTED)))
