Producer Pack Ltd. Not honoring agreement made due to their internal website issues Internet

I purchased in late December of 2010 a production promotion through Producer Pack for a one year unlimited access to download music production packs.  Initially, I was very pleased with their products.  During the last quarter of 2011, they under went a major website upgrade in which my access was interrupted for a few weeks.  I contacted the company and spoke to their website manager Yasmine and she apologized for the issue and due to the inconvenience, they added another year to my subscription, which would give me access until the end of 2012.

I felt that this was an acceptable accommodation.  Access was restored and I began to continue downloading my packs.  In early March, access was interrupted again.  The explanation given to me was that they were having issues with hackers and had to interrupt my account temporarily while they added additional security to the site.  They stated that I would be contacted when it was completed and account would be restored.  This has not happened.  I have attempted to contact Producer Pack through to all of the individuals but no one has responded to any of my emails in months.

I am a music producer and rely heavily upon the latest sounds and production packs.  I just simply want what was promised to me with the remaining months access from March 2012 to December 2012, which is 10 months.
