"Qualify" is the key term there. That doesn't mean you are guaranteed a laptop, but that you now qualify for their drawing/lottery. A lot of companies do that. Buy from us and win a CHANCE at the grand prize. Whether they actually give out a single laptop is anyone's guess, but it's a great gimmick to lure people in.
