Product Test Panel.com, InkBlvd rip-off! Did not receive Free Sony DVD Handycam as promised. Ink Cartridges not compatible, I returned UPS, but they will not refund my money. Los Angeles and Tarzana California

1. Did not receive Free Sony DVD Handycam as promised - August, 2004.

2.Purchased 5 Ink Cartridges which were not compatible as advertised - returned said cartridges UPS still have not received refund - nor responses to email, phone calls, and letter.
