Professional Machinery Group Professional Machinery Group ...Quite teh opposite; Should be called Ripoff Group Tracy, California

This company was supposed to sell our woodworking machinery on a consignment basis; to say the least they did a poor job and now they are trying to extort us to get it back. 

 First they wanted to dump our machinery and or STEAL for themselves next to nothing at auction for NO joke $13,000, new we are talking about $250,0000 & todays fair market value used is $80-$100,000 when they were supposed to be marketing, adverting & selling thru tradition channels. After one of the owners Dave Hegger & Kurt Gass started to completed ignore my emails, phones calls to their office & cell, texts & even faxes to their office.

We said enough was enough, and we decide we would go elsewhere with our machinery & business. In response to my email one of the owners Dave Hegger sent me demanding that I come get my machinery within 11 days, mind you this from Tracy, California back to Austin, TX with no place for it, let alone trying to coordinate moving some very large machinery is no easy task and takes cornadting many different trades. 1 piece alone s 10X20X8 and weighs over 12,000lbs there are 6 in total, this isnt something you just throw in the back off your pick up; or he will start to charge me $50 a day in rent. 

Which the contract he signed clearly stipulates that PMG will not charge seller storage or handling fees while equipment is under exclusive contract agreement during the initial term and or any extended term period. 

Then Dave Hegger goes on to say that he is holding my machinery hostage and is going to try & extort me for a sale that went bad b/c of their negligence months & months ago. Woodworking machinery is sold as is, where is and again goes completely against the contract he signed that stipulates AD retains full ownership until equipment is paid for in full and has full access to equipment.

If they refuse immediate delivery, they have been told that they are causing additional damages and in fact committing a conversion of your property which subjects them to additional liability.  They cannot hold our equipment ransom for arbitrary charges.  Our contract is clear about us still having full ownership and access.  If their position is that the contract is terminated, then they need to get your equipment back to us ASAP.

Further we have reason to believe there is foul play & as they have fraudulently sold the machines for different amounts than they paid us for & pocketed the difference; which is a Federal 2nd degree felony because of the amount, crossing states lines including wire fraud. 

 We are going after them legally for everything i.e. deceptive trade, breach of contract, fraud, wire fraud, extortion, loss of business, and & all damages, ALL legal fees, completely cost of returning our machinery and anything else within the law we can pursue them for along with any recourse that we have. 

They also handle sales for banks on leases that have gone bad, banks if you read this I would demand a full audit of the sales along with the invoice submitted to the customer & then contact the customer & verify that is the same that they received & paid! 

Bottom line, we are telling everyone we know in the business (which is a lot) to stay as far away from these idiots as possible as there are plenty of other reputable, honest used woodworking machinery dealers nationwide. Learn from my costly mistake and dont make the same; I can refer you to the goods ones just send an email. Think if they do this when they have no skin in the game, I can only imagine what they cover up on the used machines they have money in!!! Soon as I told other dealers in the business I was getting my machinery back they were all excited to work with me & help get sold, as they were not willing to work me while my machinery was at PMG because of their reputation!!! Help me spread the word of just how UN professional these clowns really are.
