Progressive Automations Poor Quality Items & Non-responsive to design flaws Los Angles, California

Purchased two actuators, Wireless Control Box, remote controllers(2), Rocker Switch & actuator covers less than 4 months ago to open & close two driveway entry gates.

Installed & wired the system as per Progressive Automations wiring instructions.

Right off the bat the manual entry, using the rocker switch, would not operate properly.

Discovered there is a design flaw in the electronics of the wireless controller circuit board not allowing closing UNLESS gate is stopped with the wireless remote? So when a person enters via the rocker switch you are left with a gate that can't be closed or open via the rocker switch.

I notified Progressive Automations and to this date no new wireless controller has been mailed to me. Instead they mailed me a 3rd wireless remote which I had to cobble into the weatherproof box by removing the rocker switch.

Second issue are the absolutely cheapest & poorest quality actuator weatherproof covers ever made. In less that 4 months they have blistered and and falling apart due to uV rays of the sun. A total waste of money.
