Purchased a linear actuator from this company that failed several times. After three months, it finally quit completely. Asked for repair or refund, but was told it was used for something other than intended despite the fact that I informed them of exactly what it was going to be used for prior to purchase. Actuator was rated at 400 lbs and was used to lift about 30, but still failed. The product is junk and I would not waste my money!!!
