My managers had received a bill roughly 2 months later. I had forgot all about the call. I always threw the report away anyways. They played back a recording of me where they had suckered me into saying yes - they kept this recording and they record all other victims because they know that someday they will be calling back because of this scam.
I have called and cancelled this newsletter MANY times.. probably 10 times total. I just received ANOTHER newsletter today. They better not be charging me for this!! This is a complete and total SCAM!!!
Do not fall for their tricks if they call you. If you currently have reports and newsletters coming from Progressive Business Publications, CALL THEM ASAP & CANCEL!

Just to let you know - I spoke with a customer service representative today and she hung up on me. Haha too funny. Read the reviews on ripoffreport.com .. I will be adding this customer service experience to all the other poor reviews. I know
why this place is a joke.
