Progressive Business Publications sent me a sample copy of a publication entitled Facility Manager's Alert with instructions to write cancel on the invoice and return it to them via U.S. Mail, if I choose not to continue receiving the publication. I did so twice and continue to receive the publication and invoices for the publication.
