claim that my company has ordered publications from them, and that a balance is due. This is all false, and the company
can not provide proof of an order being placed. Since no order was placed, I refused to ay, and let them know that I will
not ever be paying. The response was to have a collection agency start harassing myself and my staff. This company is
nothing but a fraud that victimizes anyone they can. Not only are they billing for products never received, but they can
not even provide proof of an order being placed. Their "proof" was an employees misspelled name, and incorrect date of
birth. This is a joke of a company, and I am doing everything I legally can to let Progressive Business Publication
know that their "business" practices are unacceptable in this country. I will also be filing complaints to the USPS mail
fraud division, the FCC, the FTC fraud division, my attorney general, the attorney general of Pennsylvania, the attorney
general of New York (Where the collection agency is located), and the Attorney General of the United States, and I would
encourage anyone else taken advantage of to do the same. Any company that operates like this needs to be held accountable.
