The company called me offering free reports regarding marketing, I was not interested but they said will send them so I will check them out (never mentioned that will cost me). Later I started to receive invoices for a service I never agreed and I am not interested.

They are a complete scam, they just send a bunch of newsletters via mail to random people and expect them to pay for it when people did not agree on the services. The first email I received I contacted them telling them I was not interested but they kept sending me newsletters and later received a buch of invoices of a service I never agreed.

I have contact them several times and they keep sending me newsletters, no invoices for now but I dont doubt they will try later. No way to make them stop, I have unsubscribed several times and talked with a person of their company via email. I have also add them as junk email, no luck stopping their scam.

Response from PBP Customer Service

AUTHOR: Matt Jackson - (United States of America)

Im sorry to hear youve had a bad experience with us.  We work hard to ensure that doesnt happen.  We have very strict quality control procedures in place regarding how our representatives proceed when taking trial subscription orders.  Our reps are extensively monitored to ensure every order is valid and legitimate.  The trial subscriptions are free with the right of cancellation.  We simply ask you to write cancel on the invoice and send it back.  Im more than happy to talk to you directly by either email or phone.  If you can provide me with your name, the company name and address, and the name of the publication, I can look up your specific case.  Again I apologize for your experience.
