at its best!

Progressive business publications had called to harass me into subscribing to their publication which i said no that i did not have authority to purchase and did not have need for the particular report they were pushing.

one month later i began receiving invoices for $249 for an annual subscription price for 5 people  - never being authorized or receiving anything else from them.

there is no way to contact them to cancel or say stop billing me i did not order.

Response from PBP Customer Service

AUTHOR: Jamie Thomas - (United States of America)

Hi PC,

I'm with PBP's customer service team.

The original call you received was to sign up for a trial subscription with a 60 day cancellation option.  We offer a range of methods to let us know you'd like to cancel including mail, fax, phone, or email.  The easiest way to stop your subscription is to mark cancel on the invoice and send it back, however we also include our phone number on every newsletter in case you'd like to speak with us directly.

You're also welcome to contact me directly.  My full contact information is below.  Please let me know if I can be helpful.

All the best,

Jamie Thomas
