Progressive Insurance Progressive Doesn't Value their Good Customers Olympia, Washington

After being a valued customer for 3 years with Progressive, I found out my rates are going up. I called and found out they looked in to my credit, and found the score had gone down somewhat. So they raised my rates because of this. I haven't been in an accident for 3 years and have always paid on time, I couldn't understand why they would look in to my credit. I'm guessing they were looking for a reason to squeeze more money out of me. I switched insurance and I'm paying 35 a month less than what I would have paid sticking w/ Progressive
