*Consumer Comment: I despise progressive insurance they put the blame on the insured but still refuse to pay the judge was friends with their insured their lawyer talked down to me i really hate them

He also informed us that in California, Insurance Companies are not forced to ever pay. They can, in fact never pay. He told us they can drag their feet for the next 3 years and there is nothing we can do. The Insurance Commission is a paper tiger that he said NEVER does anything to prosecute Insurance Companies for negligence. So here we sit, out $12,000 and no end in site.
NEVER..NEVER use Progressive Insurance..did I say NEVER?
