They left me stranded on the side of the road without gas because I didn't have the dollar or two it would take to pay for the fuel (for roadside fuel assistance, they only cover the service, not the cost of fuel, and you need to pay with cash on site).
Moral of the story, always carry cash if you are progressive customer....or even better, just don't be a progressive customer. My last roadside assistance through my old phone company (AT&T) paid for the service and the fuel!
