Progressive Readers Organization, LLC Robert Mooers WHAT A SCAM - NEVER RECEIVED MAGAZINES - ORDERED APRIL 2011 Herald, Kentucky

April 15, 2011, Robert Mooers came to my door asking to purchase "Progressive Readers" magazines.  He said his parents live up the street, but I can't locate them, but away.

I told him that my husband and I where laid off for over 2 years and could not afford.

He gave his sales pitch about the neighbors across the street had purchase, and this was for some trip and he was attending college.  So, I gave him order " Bassmaster magazine" and then he tells me also 15.00 processing and hanlding fee.  So, I told him forget it I don't have more than the price of the magazines, than he said that's ok, the neighbor gave him extra cash he would put toward my order, which was a total of 40.00 I paid by check.  And the magazines would come within 4-6 weeks.  Here it is 6 months later and have not received my magazines.  I called on July 18, 2011 left message, again on August 16, mail box was full, and again September 21, 2011 mail box was full.  So today I called and finally was able to leave a message. So, the end of this story is I'm out $40.00 and was Ripofff!!!!!!!

So the next person who comes to my door selling anything (other than my local school) is going to get a mouth full.
