Progressive Tax Group is 100% rip off! They have approx. 20 sales people who make a 20% commission on every "sale" they get. There are only 1 or 2 lawyers in the entire company. The sales agents do nothing but take the incoming calls and "sell" a service. They took thousands from me and I am still back to square one. JENNIFER ARNOLD (she also goes by "SHAPIRO") is 100% scam artist. She tells you that everything needs to be done quickly and then when she needs to perform her end of the bargain (which is to negotiate a settlement with the IRS), she doesn't return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--you have a better chance going straight to the IRS and negotiating something or getting a tax attorney to help you out. The way I have been treated has effected every aspect of my life and I'm out my money.
