Should have come to this site before giving my bank account numbers only to be drained as other reports state however not sure if Innovative Tax and or The Tax Group are all in the same although they operate in the same fashion with high pressure boiler room type sales pitches to scare you half to death and than tell you don't worry we will handle everything just give us your routing number and direct access to your accounts. Although on the power of attorney form I did see a name match Grace Cheng from one of the other company complaints and another interesting name Jennifer Shapiro and I believe the other company had a Jennifer as well maybe just a quinky dink but I think Not.

I was promised representation for a time sensitive Summons and meeting with an IRS agent that they never contacted or represented on behalf of myself, that in turn has put me in a very bad situation as though I'am noncompliance (the IRS does not like this ) When calling them to find out why after numerous messages and e-mails finally getting through I got a response you don't have to be so angry I will call you back in 15 minutes hmmmmmm 6 hours ago / Called them again and they refuse to take my call after being screened by a receptionist that answers the phone "TAX can I help you " only to be forwarded to her voice mail does she call back ? (NOT) Does she reply to her e-mails ? (NOT) I have pulled some interesting things up and I will post but before I do just beware of ANDREA WENZEL the newest of the maybe siblings. Oh and don't forget to file with the State Attorneys Office in Ca your complaint along with GoldenBBB.org and LA.BBB.org this will cover both of there prospectus offices.
