Two (2) months later, no refund check and after repeated emails to the saleman, several "work orders" from their website, I'm convinced they are rip-off artists.
I've got access to a leagal team that'll be applying some pressure... good luck to all of you who were caught up by their fancy website! What a shim-sham this has been.
