Projector Lamps World Refund Battle, Shipping Increase SCAM Houston, Texas

Ordered a projector lamp on January 27th and were contacted on the 28th and told that it would be $247.  The next day they said there was a national holiday in China where their warehouse was located from January 28th through February 9th.  That instead of having our projector bulb to us on in their promised 2 to 3 business days (February 1st) , we should have it February 11th or
14th  (2 to 2.5 weeks from when we ordered it) OR we could pay $389 and get the bulb in approximately the time they originally promised. 

On January 28th I asked for a refund.  They said it would take a week for Paypal to refund, but that I would have it by the end of the week (Friday, February 4th).  A week and a half later, they still had not submitted the refund and later said they submitted it February 7th.  They responded to emails requesting the payment, that I should be patient.

It was not until a set up a dispute with paypal that my refund was granted.  Projector World
responded to us at 115AM. 

This was nightmare with a dozen emails each way and about that many phone calls.    The person who talked with me would never let me talk with the manager, saying that he was out
of the office and could only be contacted through his cell phone. 

I was unable to find any holiday lasting a week and a half and corresponding to their warehouse location.
