ProjectorLampCenter.com, Aka Sageryder.com Internet Scam, Credit card fraud Atlanta Georgia

I originally placed an order for a projector lamp on 9/11/2008. My Visa was immediately charged for the full amount. I was told to expect the item within 5-7 days. That turned into 4 weeks and counting. I cancelled the order on 10/7/2008. I expected a refund to my Visa account but was told that all refunds had to be mailed and I should get mine within 30 business days.

Well, it has been 30 business days and they still haven't even processed the refund yet. After complaining today, I received a reply email from a Carly Gross stating that their company had filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy a year and a half ago and all refunds had to be approved by the bankruptcy court.

She said she would "escalate my refund request to the top of the priority list for the next time refund checks are cut in 2-3 weeks." This just sounds like a continuation of the scam. We'll see.
