We have no way to contact this person directly to resolve his complaint from 2004 and request that Mr. David from Anaheim contact me directly at 800-279-5517 ext. 171. If he is willing to provide me with his name, I will look into the issue further and determine if he made a purchase from our company around that timeframe. If he did and indeed returned the empty containers or unused product within 120 days requesting a refund, as stated in the retun policy (above), we will promptly issue a full refund.

If you used a credit card to order your product, contact the Dispute Resolution section as soon as possible and tell them your situation. They will investigate and then reverse the charges if your complaint is valid. Tell them about Hampshire Labs promised money back guarantee.
