On 3/8/2014, I ordered a laptop charger replacement based on their website stating "Same Day Shipping."  My credit card was charged within 24 hours of the order.  On 3/18 I emailed the company asking the status of my order.  I received an email the next day stating that the charger was on backorder.  No date was given for estimated delivery.

I replied the next day that this was not acceptable, and requested a refund.  On 3/20, I received an email which read, "Your order has been canceled.  Refund is in process."  On March 24, I emailed the company that I had not yet received the refund.  I did not hear back and phoned the company on 3/27 and spoke to a service rep who said that she did not have a record of the cancellation or the refund being processed.  She "guaranteeed" i would have the refund in 2-3 working days.

It is now the afternoon of 3/31 and still do not have the refund.  I called and asked to speak to a service supervisor.  I was sent to voice mail.  I called again and asked the rep to stay on the line until the supervisor came on.  The supervisor admitted they had dropped the ball.  She said it was their procedure to immediately notify of back orders and confirmed this was not done.  She also admitted that the 3/20 email stating that the refund was in process was inaccurate.  When I asked her whether the company felt any need to compensate me for the time (over two hours) I'd spent on the phone and writing emails to address this issue, the supervisor said all she could do was apologize and go over procedures and policies with the support representatives.

I informed the supervisor that did me little good as I did not plan to ever buy anything again from them and would file complaints with sites like Ripoff Report.  I strongly urge consumers to avoid this company at all costs.  After cancelling the order, I ordered the same product from Amazon at approximately the same price and received it in two days (on a Saturday).

 So you expect them to give you something for NOTHING because you had to wait on the phone. Sorry buddy but you may be screwed here. You dont threaten them AND then expect them to do anything for you. When are people like you going to learn that you get more flies with honey then you get with bi+chy. You threaten them BECAUSE they didnt give you something for your time. I wouldnt be surprised after that if you NEVER recieve a refund. But live and learn. Maybe in the future you will try and moderate your phone behaviour. Because all you may have done is screw yourself all because YOU are a self entitled dumb@ss.

You ran your mouth and you DEMANDED that they give you something. Refunds take time, sometimes as much as 2 weeks. This is due to the accounting dept and thier workload. Each refund has to be verified. This takes time. You cant sit there and compare how quickly the money is removed vs. how long it takes to get a refund. Its two entirely different sections of the business. Then you show your rump and you make demands that YOU should be compensated for your percieved troubles.

Yea Im willing to bet that not only will you NOT get a refund, but that they are going to block your ability to contact them. I would wish you luck but youre the type that demands something for nothing. There is no amount of good luck that would make you happy.
