Property Tax Assessor Records Corp CHARGED US $49.00 TO RECIEVE $5600.00 TAX EXEMPTION FOR OUR PROPERTY WE NEVER RECIEVED OR EVEN FILED VENTURA California

Recieved a letter from this company in 2006 stating we would recieve a tax exemption in 2007 of $5600.00 on our homeownwers tax if we sent a check for $49.00 that would be for as long as we own our home.We sent a check # 123 and never heard back from them.They also sent us another application for this year requesting the same thing.when you call them, you get an automated response telling you to go to thier website and register and a customer service person will call you back. This we did three times within a year and have not recieved one call.I called the Ventura county assessors office and they said that this is a scam and they provide this service for no charge at all. Check was cashed
