We have contacted Shop Nbc and Protron in California and we have just got the run around. We have taken the T.V. to several repair shops in Central Florida and all of them have advised that they cannot get parts to repair the set and that it is junk.
I am a law enforcement officer in the State of Florida and I am telling you this. The Attorney General's Office in California needs to wake up and do their job. A class action suit needs to be generated and people need to be compensated.
Protron is a joke and ShopNbc is no better!
