After accts were closed, they were still charging me late fees, over the limit fees and interest fess.Since then accts have gone over the thousands. Up to 5 times original balance.
I got contacted today by a Mr.William Steinberg (1800-562-2441)from Benning&Smith, telling me I am going to get sued if I don't pay at least settlement of 50% of each balance. I advised him if I had that kind of money,I would not be in this situation. He then changed his tuneand told me to make some kind of arrangements with him. I told him I am a single parent and not even getting the child support I am supposed to. He told me there private investigators finding things about me and I don't want to get sued. I told him I would call him back.
I found out today from a friend of mine today also about Providian. What can I do?? Please help me.
