In 2003 I get a letter from Providian that Emerge will be taken over at 29.99%. I owed 5,400 still. I pay $170.00 a month so that my credit stays in good standing. $20.00 of that $170.00 goes to the principle. They keep %150.00 of the rest.
I can not believe this can be legal for them to do this. I am now trnsferring the balance finally to a 11% card so that I can finally get rid of them, and pay it off, without reining my credit again.
This can not be legal!
