I am getting mail from a Collection Bureau with my address and someone elses name on it.  We are experiencing bad reports on our credit report, making our credit score low.

I have worked for three months trying to get this straightened out with the 3 credit bureaus and now I get another bill for this person using my address again.

How can this happen over and over?  Where are these credit bureaus getting my address with another persons name?  I need to get my credit cleaned up but these credit bureaus keep messing it up.

Your problem is not with the credit bureaus, but rather with the reporting entity.  Contact them to straighten it out.  Additionally, credit reporting is done by social security number and not by address.  You may be a victim of identity theft.
