I have been sereved with a summons to appear in court on june 9,2009 for a account with providian that has been sold to Midland Funding.The summons was adressed to john holt sr....My name is johnny w. holt.The adress was not my adress....The phone # was correct.I do not recall ever having an account with providian.Milland Funding have turned over to Mann Bracken,LLP located 209 10th Ave.south,suite 532,Nashville Tn.37203..Nicholas H.Adler.
I Started to pay this through the court,but after trying to get to the web site and found out all the fruad by this bank,I have decided to go to court and fight.
