this company has the most terroristic business practices ive seen since george jr was govenor. my girlfriend went there to purchase a car. they made her jump thru all kinds of hoops..just to verify her financial status.. promising her a car that she could rely on and be happy with. the car she chose was a 2002 ford focus. after 24 hours we were informed that now co signor was needed . upon signing another contract( with i may add a 21% interest rate ) we left the lot with the car...3 days later the car overheated on the freeway. they advised us that the car had a tune up within the past 10 days and it was fine to drive. obviously this was not true. 3 days later my girl was about to get on the 105 freeway headed east whn the brakes go out on the car.. we barely made it to a CVS so i can try to put some brake fluid in the car... to my surprise this was not the problem.. as i backed the car out of the spot it was parked in to test the brakes.. it wobbles and shook.. i looked out the side mirror at the rear driver tire and it was wobbling like it was about to fall off.. i stopped the car and attempted to park and the tire fell of the car with the brake drum still attached. brake fluid was leaking everywhere. it took 7 different people to contact them.. it took them 4 hours to send a tow truck.. they also promised us some type of reribution and they have given us nothing but the run around..
do not do business with this company. they promised us to fill up the car we got after trying to get our money back and now they are avoiding that.
