In November I started working for UCP united cerebral palsy and was payed by CE payroll. We ( me and the other girl working there) were informed on dec 15th PPL ( public partnerships) would be taking over. I never recieved any paperwork from them I was told by CE payroll they turned my info over to PPL and it was recieved. I have tried since dec to contact public partnerships. You call your on hold for ten plus mins and then it makes you leave a voicemail. I have left at least 20 voicemails with not ONE call back. I faxed in four weeks worth of time sheets from dec 16 to Jan 12. Around the thirteenth of January I quit my job . I had went to work a whole month with no pay and I could not afford to drive there ! I still try endlessly to get ahold of someone and I get noone this is an outrage. I am a single mom of two young children my bills are all screwed up now. What am I supposed to do to figure this out? Also today on Jan 28 I recieved a check in the mail . The check says my first name is kayla it is not . It says a clients name I have never heard of also not the client I took care of. Oh, and the hours say 57 and they owe me for 98 . How do you think something like that could happen right address wrong first name and everything else. Obviously something really demented is going on here ? I Cant call them and ask what it is either. Now here I am with this worthless check and No way to dispute this matter with them. I have read many other complaints about this company the girl I worked with quit also. So does anyone have any clue what the next step is? Oh and I also found it odd that the company has so many different addresses the one I have is From wilksbarre pa. The check I received in mail is from Chelsea MA. But on both addresses is the same useless phone number. Anyone else out there have any luck ??? please contact if so
