Public Storage Corporate Headquarters Public Storage Rips Off Customers After One-year---Don't reward their behavior Glendale, California

Public Storage charges higher than posted rates for existing customers that have been in their unit for more than a year...They increase the rates often.  I found that I was paying over 60% more than their published rate.  When I approached corporate that I was a long-time customer, they gave me a slight decrease but still not to the published rate and when I complained of their 16% increase again, they said the "Board of Directors" makes the policy and there was nothing that Customer Service or the Supervisors or Managers or District Managers could do...There suggest was that I move out and go into another unit at the published rate...of course, they could hike the rates again at any time as they are "month-to-month"...So they don't really want long-term customers...So don't reward them...Don't be a customer....You are forewarned.
