Management does not seem to care and has now avoided answering or returning call by their customers.
I would very much like to advise users and would be users to determine the contract of these public storage places prior to move in. Although your home insurance covers some of these losses, I highly doubt that the storage insurance coverage is sufficient or will require a tremendous amount of paperwork and receipts.
BE CAUTIOUS AND READ YOUR contract before signing.
